Modular design: At the same time, every model in the SimpleGen range can be fully configured to your individual requirements: terminal block, tank volume, control system, enclosure, sound insulation and much more. Talk to us – we will build to your specification.
The FME SimpleGen B160 delivers 160 kVA rated power – with 42.67 kW per phase at 230V and 128 kW at 400V, the next power level on the proven 6,750 cm³ Baudouin platform, combined with the 410-litre diesel tank and the same large enclosure as the B150. For facilities that operate continuously above the 150 kVA class and need a dependable power reserve for critical peak loads.
Available as a ready-to-ship standard version or fully configured to your requirements – the FME SimpleGen range covers 20 to 2,750 kVA.

The Baudouin diesel engine with 6,750 cm³ displacement delivers reliable high performance in continuous operation – with long maintenance intervals, high thermal stability and proven reliability in critical infrastructure applications.
⚡ 128 kW at 400V
With 42.67 kW per phase at 230V and 128 kW at 400V, the B160 reliably powers even energy-intensive large installations, data centres and industrial production processes.
🧩 Modular & configurable
Every component can be individually adapted and extended. Standard version available immediately. Special configurations possible on request – the right solution for every requirement.
🔌 Standard terminal block
Fitted as standard with an industrial standard terminal block for universal connection. Can be extended on request with CEE sockets, special sockets, load isolators and mains-priority switching.
🛢️ 410 L tank & additional tanks
Standard 410-litre diesel tank for maximum autonomous runtimes. Can be extended on request with external additional tanks for even longer uninterrupted operation.
📐 Large enclosure – 2,055 kg
Robust steel construction measuring 3360 × 1160 × 1980 mm and approx. 2,055 kg in weight – stationary industrial construction for the most demanding requirements.

Optional connection to building management systems (BMS), GSM remote monitoring or automatic mains-failure detection with instant start.

Preparation for synchronised parallel operation of several SimpleGen units to scale up output without a new main system.
